This page explains what Rasmussen & Kaplan, PLLC collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, business name and message you type. Like most sites, our host also records basic visit data, such as the pages viewed.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to check for conflicts of interest and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run this site and our email, and only so they can do that work.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted within a year. If you become a client, your information is kept under the rules for client files.
