Starts companies and writes the contracts they live by.
Dagny worked in the contracts office of a regional food distributor before she became a lawyer for owners. She spent her days watching small suppliers sign terms they had not read, and the habit stuck: she reads every contract from the side of the person who will have to live with it.
She started the firm with Eero to offer something she had wanted for those suppliers: a lawyer who names the fee first and writes in sentences. She takes the formations and the contracts, and answers the owners who are new to all of it.

Working with Dagny
Dagny’s first meeting is mostly questions: who owns what, who signs, where the money goes. She writes the answers down and sends them back, so you can correct her before any drafting starts.
She prefers video for meetings and a phone call for quick questions. An owner on a deadline can send a contract in the morning and expect her notes within the week.

A short first call, then the fee in writing.
